Product: HP Pavilion 11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello 

 

My Pavilion 11 keeps losing the internet connection. In the morning I have to connect it manually and after half hour or so it simply disconnects or loses the connection.

 

It has the latest drivers and I've tried all the problemsolving options.  Sometimes it does something mysterious to the adapter, but that doesn't solve the problem.

 

I can manully connect or I can reboot the router ( do routers 'reboot' ? ) and that will help for a while, but only for an hour or so. 

 

My Elitebook 8440p sits right next to it ( literally ) and has no problem whatsoever.

Even my providers customerservice is stumped.

 

Please help me; I'm getting ready to throw my pavilion out of the window. ( 3rd floor)
