Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

since the sound came out of my computer I tried one of the methods present on Google that have always managed to help me, unfortunately in this case, no.

not having headphones or earphones because they are broken I can not tell if these are working or not connected to the computer.

the tutorial that I seem to have tried seems to me to say to uninstall audio driver as it would install again by itself and would be updated.

the problem is that it did not in fact work because I have no idea where to find audio driver, and then uninstall it.
