Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

what is the normal temperature for an i5 4300m? i feel like it gets kinda hot 50-65 C in normal web browsing light fb games. is this normal? also i would like to try to clean the cooler and exchange the thermal paste but i'm not sure how
