HP Recommended
Product: hp probook 440 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i was using my pc till it drained out of power. i left on the charge without switching it on for 3 hours but to my surprise it did not charge at all the battery reading shows 0% available ( plugged in,not charging). i thought maybe my charger was fault but then i tried it on my friends pc it works perfectly . tried my friends charger it wasnt working as well. what could be the problem now?
