Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello, I have a problem with my laptop, it turns out that the screen was broken, this happened in the lower right corner, I had to buy a new screen and ask a technician to replace it, what happens is that the pointer or the "arrow" moves only where the screen was broken, when I say "moves" I do not mean that it drags, if not suddenly the pointer appears in the part where the screen was broken, as I said, it does not drag, it only appears in that part already mentioned and also changes cursor to another, which I will be leaving an image of the cursor to which it changes, it happens that I was trying to change the HZ of the computer screen to see if I could increase them, the default HZ are 60HZ, and I changed them to 48HZ and the pointer went down to the part where the screen had broken and could not move, it stayed there, I tried to move it but it was lowered and could not move, it was a disaster, and after being all day trying to fix it I could change the HZ to 60HZ and the problem was solved, since then, the movement has increased, this has me fed up because when I'm in games like GTA V driving and the camera, it moves alone, I have tried several solutions, like disabling the touch screen driver, since the screen is touch screen, and it has not solved it, I also tried to reinstall the mouse drivers and change the mouse but it has not solved it either, if you help me I thank you very much, remember that it is a laptop, a hp envy x360, it is touch screen, and obviously has touchpad right now I am using the resolution 1280x 720. I am going to leave you the image of the cursor that I have already mentioned before.
