Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

After update of Window 10 version 1803, I got following warning :
"Broadcom Wireless Utility is no more available" (translation from Dutch)

I tried to remove the soft but received following error message : impossible to remove the soft due to :  c:\build\KIRIN_REL_5_100_82_130\win_external_wl\src\tools\install\app\bcmwls\Update.cpp 932

 

Request help from Broadcom but hereafter their answer : 

unfortunately, for this request you have to ask the support from the manufacturer of your device in which you use the chip (HP).

Questions :

- do I need this soft ?

- if yes can it be updated ?

- if no how to uninstall
