probook 430 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please I need assistence!

 

I bought aprobook 430 G5 on end  of march. It is for work needs.

 

From the beggining of working with the computer it got jammed all of the time, sometimes requiered me to do  a forced shutdown on it. 

 

After I installed the drivers again hoping it will solve the problem (it didn't), I contacted the support center in Israel.

 

It has been more than 2 months the support cernter doesnt fix the problem, hardly available on the phone and disregard my questions and requests.

 

I need someone to contact from your company to assist me!

 

Since I bought The computer it's not working properly and causing me a lot of distress.
