HP Recommended
Product: HP 245 G5 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to use the bluetooth since I have this laptop. The issue is that there is bluetooth option in setting but no option to either turn ON/OFF. I have already installed the latest bluetooth driver from the official hp website, but then also not able to make use of bluetooth. Please help me to solve my problem.
