I am trying to install a game from Japan, which seems like it requires a Japanese language system so I had used Location Emulator, but still failed with the message "error 1311. Source file cannot be found: ...\Data1.cab"-- which you could easily tell that the file actually exists from the picture.
That method used to work on my Chinese language system, but now it doesn't seem to work -- looks like installation program cannot recognise these files? Somebody told me it might because programs vary from place to place, is that true? And how should I solve this?
Many Thanks.
