Product: HP elitebook 8460p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi. I've bought my HP EliteBook 8460p in may 28  and am experiencing this "plugged in, not charging" problem recently.

 

Everything is connected and i've tried uninstall the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery when i searched online for help but to no avail.

 

 

Note: "Microsoft AC Adapter

            "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery"

            "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery"

this three options in showing in device manager.

 

Can anyone help? Smiley Sad
