HP Recommended
Product: hp stream
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After losing a new password I had to resort to HP help. Hitting restart and shift key provided an option for troubleshooting or reinstall- very handy tip- but I had to pay for it. I am surprised no one on the web knew this option perhaps it works just for hp running win 10. enjoy
