Product: HP Stream 13

Hi
I have a HP Stream 13 with a cracked touchscreen. Can I replace the screen with a non-touch screen? I don't need the touch function. 

I'm concerned that there are more layers in the whole touch setup - another glass on top - than in the non touch setup. The display screen seems to be working, but the touch (or at least the outside layer) glass is seriously cracked. 

Any advice?
