Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to order a replacement laptop screen but I dont have the laptop with me.  I have all the specs (except for the info from sticker on back of screen itself)

It's an older (5yrs+) HP laptop

I have it narrowed down to three choices but cant get past this hurdle.

Here are the three choices

Any help would be appreciated. 

 

There are a few variations available and I would think that the replacement could be chosen with the following info being available:

 

It is NOT touchscreen.
