screen backlight too eye penetrating while fonts are so faint against the background that it's quite hard to read.

Does anyone have a clue on how to resolve this issue.

I purchased this notebook a couple of month ago and itìs always being like that but i didnìt  bother much about it for lack of time more so I thought it should be a non issue that depends on personalizing but now that Iì'm leave from work I took a look but apparently don't find how to tackle it.
