Hello , please help me, I ran into a problem. Updated the laptop for Windows 10, and all the drivers and software are gone , did all the updates and installations using HP Assistant, but nothing happens, there is no Device Manager under HID compatibility touch screen. I restored the laptop to factory settings, made all updates, turned off the power from the universal USB in the Device Manager. Nothing helps, I can't turn on the touch screen. On Windows 8.1 , it worked perfectly, I hope you can download this driver somewhere separately
