Hi,

I've been having some difficulties following a recent keyboard driver update "HP Development Company, L.P. - Keyboard - 11.1.5.1" (assuming that's what this update is)

I tried removing the keyboard driver in the Device Manager -  I uninstalled/deleted all keyboards (including hidden devices), did that a few times, then did a power reset. At some point, it started working again. Today, following another update the keyboard is malfunctioning again.

Only a few keys stop working: S, X, W, CAPS, 2

Also, Fn Lock  is not working properly (lights up, then the light turns off) and Num Lock get activated for some reason. Basically, all F-keys are acting up.

HP's keyboard test is a bit of a lightshow, but ultimately only S, X, W, CAPS, 2 stay red.

The issue appeared, dissapeared and reappeared, which makes me think I can probably rule out hardware failure.
No spills on it, no physical damage ever. I'm really careful with the laptop as I use it for work.

Also, my external keyboard, connected via dock is working perfectly.

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you, Marko
