Product: envy x360 convertible 13-ay0045au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after using hp envy x360 for 1month the loudness decreased to very low . I can barely hear the sound in 100% . sometimes it comes to normal and again decreases the sound
