I need stylus nib refills but I cannot find them online for the life of me. I would love if HP could send me one of those baggies that came with the laptop. Should be simple enough right? 

I'm an artist, and rely on this computer to do my work. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

 

Also my last nib snapped after being worn out over time, and half of it is stuck in the pen. what should I do? *cries*
