Product: HP Laptop 15-bs038ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Synaptic touchpad suddenly stopped working and when I checked my Device Manager I found that the Synaptic touchpad driver disappeared. I tried to install the driver 19.5.35.54 and the newest versions it kept giving me a message saying " The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19043)".

I have windows 10 pro (64-bit) and this problem happened after the windows was recently updated.
Any help in this issue is much appreciated
