Product: Pavilion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop has bsod'd for "system_pte_misuse" several times and i have no idea why. i tried accessing BIOS to disable ptt security + set tpm as hidden. this was ineffective and the bsod's continued. i reset windows [kept personal files] and it's only been 4 days -- 2 days ago it started updating BIOS and i thought that would mark the end of the issue -- but it happened again today. i suspect i need to clean my hardware or something, but i'm not tech savvy at all so if someone better versed in these things could please help in finding an effective solution :")
