Product: chromebook 11
Operating System: Chrome OS

I purchased my chromebook in march at target and i didnt fire it up until this week and according to the box its touchscreen accroding to the user manual it is touchscreen but it does not wrk when i fold screen over nothing happens touch does not work at all when trying the virtual troubleshooting i wiped the screen i restarted it as instructed then i selected that did not work then it kept asking me what operating system i used only windows were options and mine runs off of chrome os so that went no where because that was the only options given so i could not go any farther the touch screen has never worked i have read user manual and looked at message boards and i cannot find the solution it is horrible i purchased this because of the touchscreen and now i cant even use it basic trouble shooting tried HELPPPPPP
