Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

trouble shoot.pngi am trying to connect jbl flip 3 to my laptop. it says the device has been added to device. but the error message says driver not installed. i tried installing the drivers. still unable to pair the device.  kindly hellp me out
