HP Recommended
Product: Hp 15 notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

The name of the laptop is hp 15 notebook pc with model number of K7W71UA#ABA. when i insert a flash drive in the laptop it reconises it but i cant open.from the diagonostics done it says i  do not have the virtual 61883 class bus drivers installed( code 28).please help m in a real bind.pls.thanks
