hi there i am moksh. i have a fingerprint reader in my hp laptop(2560p) and it was working properly. suddenly one day it stopped working with the message hp client security has stopped working. i searched about it on internet and found that in device manager/biometric/validity sensor it was displaying "This device cannot start. Try upgrading the device drivers for this device. (Code 10)" . so i uninstalled the validity sensor form the device manager and reinstalled it but it showed me "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) " so I serached about it and updated my BIOS but it is still showing me the same thing. all drivers and Bios is up to date i am unable to find a solution please help!
