Hi, my built in computer camera is not functional. When I open the camera app it gives an error saying it can't find my camera: 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>. I have gone to HPs websites to download the recommended driver (HP Universal Camera Driver sp79338) however when downloaded it doesn't show up under "imaging devices". There is no camera option listed in device manager (including when I check for hidden devices) and no devices have a yellow warning sign next to them under any hardware listed. When I scan for hardware changes, nothing is recommended. When I go to "apps and features" the option for me to uninstall a camera is greyed out. I have not located a killswitch for the webcam on this model of tablet. I have tried disabling my windows virus protection but it does not impact the camera functionality. My machine is up to date on windows updates. Any ideas on how to get this camera functional? Thank you in advance for any assistance!
