Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am interested in one of the Envy laptops--going to return a recently purchased laptop for another.  I cant seem to find out anything about it--even memory upgrade (crucial and others) have no info regarding that model.  I want a laptop that I can actually find info on--not an orphan.  Would like to know what the prefix letters (ae, br, by, sy, ce) stand for.  Cant seem to locate any information on them.  Thanks.
