Hello,

 

My laptop is being replaced by my insurance.

That laptop was a HP Spectre x360 -13-ap0072tu.

The insurance is saying the model is not available and I will therefor get a HP Spectre x360 -13-aw0180tu.

I don't know that much about computers but I can tell that the HP Spectre x360 -13-aw0180tu has lower quality specs for micro processors, half the amount of speakers, and more different specs.

I told this to the insurance but they said that the replacement laptop is pretty much the same and unless I can find a difference then I have to settle with the HP Spectre x360 -13-aw0180tu.

 

So my question is: Is there a difference between the two laptops or are they just the same with very few small differences that don't make a difference?
