Why Hp makes fools by saying 'that your laptop is under our care(means warranty)', recently my laptop got screen burn-in due to driver failure in about a year, then I contacted through customer technical team, they were not getting the issue I was talking about, they kept on saying that this is white spot instead of screen burn-in.
Then I reached on their service center whose address was not updated in their website, which was difficult to locate, they also got arrogant and kept on saying that your laptop can not be repaired under offsite warranty, they say that you have to avail through onsite warranty.
Then I again talked to support team and also posted pictures of defected part of screen, but they are so blind by eyes and mind also, that they can't even understand the difference between screen burn-in and white spot.
Then I read about the 'Damages not covered in warranty' on Hp website, after reading I was shocked to see that this reputed brand can't put trust on their products, whether laptop or its hp certified accessories.
I will never buy an hp product nor recommend any of my relatives in the future.
They only talked about but can't fulfill their services
