HP Recommended

After posting my problem i realized many had this type of problem As no suggested solution worked I took the laptop to authorisedservice center, They simpl told that the hard disc has to be replaced and informed me that I should recover the data in the d drive so that iam not handicapped. The question is how hard disc can crash totally within 3 months of buying. Whether hp products are that unreliable. I spent Rs 4000/ to retrieve the data through another vendor and hanc ded over the laptop service centre for replacing the hard disc. When i bought the os was pre installed and no recovery dvd were given . now it will be delivered to me with trial version and I have to approach hp india for getting by recovery dvd and it cost again money People should think twice before buying ,checking up all the pros and cons. I learnt the hard way
