Hello, 

Laptop only boots to black (3F0) screen. running BIOS 2.0.0.0  I've run F2 diagnostics all have passed, including the hard drive. Power light and/or CAPS are not blinking. They seem to be functioning normally. I disabled security boot within BIOS to no avail.  Legacy is nowhere to be found in  BIOS and booting up with F11 doesn't do a thing. At this point, I'd like to Factory Reset, if possible.

 

I should add i am not tech savvy, however, i can follow step by steps instructions.
