HP Recommended

anyone using xpressmail on a Centro   Problem: Contact Finder: search for: does not carry the Contact list.  Actually, I have seen the whole list and used it once.  It then disappeared for a day.  then reappeared for a few hours. Never to be seen again.  It has sliding columns (2)  right side says double click for more options.  left side is empty of contact list.  :smileysad:  Please help.  Also:  xpressmail does not alert a sound when emails are delivered.  It does have option in the Preference: sound & alerts: Phone alerts. appearing below line: Voice mail alert.  I have that checked but it does not alert a sound.
