HP Recommended
zBook 17
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a couple hundred zBooks with Windows 7 and the additional software needed installed. I need to capture and push images to these systems but they will not pull a DHCP IP. I have DHCP setup with the PXE option enabled and WDS setup on Windows Server 2012 R2. I was able to capture and push an image to some Dell laptops with no issues. I have tried changing the boot seetings between Legacy and UEFI and neither work. With the UEFI options on I get the ">>>Start PXE over IPV4." message which fails. Using the Legacy option, I get the Client MAC and GUID info, but then it times out waiting for DHCP.

The BIOS version is 1.10. Secure Boot is not enabled.

I tried PXE booting on different ports and on the same ports that I was able to do the Dells on.

These zBooks are the only systems I have that are failing to connect. I also have Z8002, Z820s, and 8400wx systems that all PXE boot fine.

Any thoughts and help is appreciated.

Thanks.
