HP Recommended
Product: HP12 C

I have keys that stick. With the difficulty in getting anyone to talk to or even email I went and just bought another 12C. Now I have two that don't work well. One the  Enter button doesn't take and the other the number 3 doesn't register when I push it. This is wildly frustrating and nobody at HP cares. What should I do?

 

Oh and by the way, I do have the very expensive app on my phone as well. That is a lot of wasted money.
