I’m receiving the “remove and reinstall indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed” message, and have followed all directions I can find on the boards before posting (cleaning, unplug, etc.). I was low but not extremely low on black ink last week but received the wrong cartridge a few days ago instead (I received a tricolor though I’m still almost full in that cartridge). I haven’t used it much over the weekend but started getting this error last night and nothing is working. Is it a known issue to have a cartridge error message like this when it is empty, or am I running into more than one problem? Thank you!
