HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My black ink cartridge has stopped printing, I have tried all the recommended fixes  using the virtual agent but cannot get it to work. The ink status says I cannot order another one even though it appears to be low. I cannot speak to anybody and I desperately need to print. 

I thought I had managed to get a replacement but that was 3 weeks ok and nothing has arrived.

The printer is not reporting any errors and thinks all is fine which it is not! 

Please can somebody contact me to resolve the issue.
