Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I`m trying to sort out Instant Ink but my printer is already out of ink so can`t print off the page which gives the code. I can see from the troubleshooting page that i can get the code directly from the printer. It is the first part of the printers email address but when I enter it, it states the printer code is not recognised. Any ideas?
