Product: HP Deskjet 2630 All-in-One Printer

Our black cartridge is suddenly reporting a failure and the printer won't print as a result. Colour cartridge is fine. I can't get hold of customer services anywhere and have tried aligning, cleaning and resetting as advised on other posts. We currently can't print anything which is very frustrating. Cartridges were our first supplied by HP Instant Ink and have been working fine.
