HP Recommended
Product: elite book 820

Ever since I updated my old HP laptop to windows 10 I have lost all my work that was saved on the machine.  Also the  laptop seems to think its a mobile phone.  When I try and hook up to our internet it says speak to your mobile provider.  I would be grateful if anyone had any ideas of how to fix it as my daughter needs it for her school work.
