HP Recommended
Product: ElitePad 900
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Does anyone know how make the Elite Expansion Jacket Battery work/interface/show in the battery Icon. Currently shows battery #2 not present. The jacket is brand new and drivers plus bios latest HP update. OS remains Windows 8.1 Professional. Win 10 did not work well and performed a full restore to OEM  to factory settings. Appreciate all the input possible, thanks.
