HP Elitebook 8440p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ah...I Know It's an old laptop. But I still use it... I'm just 11 and didn't buy this laptop, got it from my uncle. Alright, So Elitebook 8440p Has a fingerprint sensor- Yes. Even I Have one with proper driver updates and the latest driver. So you peeps know Windows Hello. I want to really use this thing's fingerprint sensor. But when I go to set up Windows Hello, It says we couldn't Find a Fingerprint sensor compatible with Windows Hello. How do I fix this. please someone give me an answer, I have downloaded HP Protect Tools also but I wanna see if the sensor works. But it just says we couldn't find a sensor compatible with Windows hello, even though I reinstalled Windows 10, Changed the hard disk, And even reset it 6 times! But still, It doesn't Work. Please tell me how to fix this issue, I have one more Elitebook 8440p with FingerScanner and two more HP Pro books with FS. Shud I change the Scanner? Please Help ME!
