HP Recommended

I have the same problem as a number of other people in that my HP Envy Photo 7134 is showing Cartridge Problem.....I have gone through Virtual Assistant, read all the fixes and still no joy with the cartridge 64/303 I have fitted.  however when I fit the original smaller 303 cartridge I received with the printer it is ok ie no error reading.  This indicates a cartridge problem rather than printer, the error occurred when the printer was being used a bit more than usual??

Any assistance gratefully received, particularly as I have only had the printer for six months!
