Product: HP Prime Graphing Calculator

HI,

I purchased one of those graphing calculators, which worked just fine at first. After a while, it became strange: my Windows PC stopped recognizing it, when I plug in the chatger it doesn't show the charging on the battery icon thogh it seems to charge, if I turn it off while it's charging the battery icon changes into an hourglass icon showing that it's loading something, and etc. I tried hard reset that was on HP forum, which had to do something with a mode similar to BIOS, it didn't help. Before, any type-A cable worked, now even the HP cable which came with the calculator doesn't work. Everything else works fine yet. Can I get help?
