Product: Hp Prime
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

Hp connectivity kit does not find my Hp Prime calculator on my computer with MacOS Catalina... It is not the first time I connected my calculator to the computer, so its firmware is updated. I have latest version of the Hp connectivity kit running on my computer.

 

Any advice?
