Product: HP LAPTOP 14-cf0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to go to any of my icons on my Taskbar and start menu. I've been through the troubleshooting steps but when it ask to press start I can't. I just would like to restart the entire computer but it gives me an error message.
