Product: HP Prime Graphing Calculator
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hello, 

 

I am currently trying to connect my calculator to my computer and am running into a variety of problems. Firstly, I have downloaded and updated the HP Connectivity Kit to its latest version, and I have reset and tried multiple times to connect through the USB ports. 

 

I have used another computer and still can not connect between the two devices. I have read through multiple of these forums and still cannot solve my issue. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciate!
