HP Recommended
Product: Sprocket Studio Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

When I send my photo to the Sprocket Studio, it starts printing. After printing the yellow layer, it fails to pull back the printed photo through the printer to add the magenta and cyan layer.

In other words, I can only print yellow photo's.

 

I've run over all FAQs and sollutions, yet nothing helps.

I use an HP cartridge (used 2 of them) and I use the designated HP photo paper.
