HP Sprocket

I have tried many times to upgrade my firmware for the HP Sprocket, with no success.

I want to upgrade because when I open the app I am prompted to upgrade. I also want to upgrade because when I try to print, the phone connects to the printer and acts like it is printing but only a blank sheet will come out, without the photo print.

When I click on the firmware upgrade prompt, it quickly says "Firmware upgrading error".

I am on Wifi. The phone is connected to the printer. My phone and the printer are both fully charged. I have tried re-downloading the app, restarting my phone, resetting the printer. I'm using Android 11.

Here are my questions:

1- Is this printer still compatible with newer phones and operating systems?

2- Is there an alternate route to upgrading firmware?

3- Where can I find information about the current firmware version number, current app version number, and compatible operating systems for this product?

4- Is the problem of a blank print known to be directly related to a firmware update or is there another solution?

5- What do you suggest I try next to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance for you response.
