Product: HP Mobile Search Engine under Products Tab
Operating System: iOS

First, I love that there’s a calculator section! That makes this submission so much more worth it!

 

Second, this doesn’t have anything to do with a specific product. I wanted to just give a quick heads up to support/QA/dev that on mobile (I’m on iOS), the product search bar, does not return proper information on some requests.

 

Specifically, I type in “Omen Desktops” and every single time I get only the Omen Laptops. Which fellas, is such a pain on mobile because the tab system requires that I buffer the completely different desktops tab every time I go off that tab! And then, if I search “Omen” in that Desktops tab, it takes me back to the laptops.... oh man, such a unfortunate series of events!!!

 

 

So the heads up: Not sure if y’all are gonna need change of that fetch query or make a small code change to the webpage, but it’d be supppper nice for mobile users trying to look up specs for those machines if that fix/install goes in! Please submit a support ticket internally or get some attention on this if it occurs for all other kinds of products people want to search (I’m sure they didn’t have fun.... speaking from experience haha)!
