Hi,

Last day when I was watching a youtube video in my laptop (using hotspot from my mobile phone) suddenly the WiFi button turned off automatically- the button colour changed from white to orange. I searched a lot to fix the problem and I have done all but I couldn't find any solution. Even if I want to update anything like WiFi driver updation, there is no internet access in my laptop until the  problem persists. Also I already have a HP Support Assistant installed on the laptop. But still there is no internet connection, I can't do anything. The only way is to try any solution offline.

Please try to solve my issue as soon as possible.
