HP Recommended
Product: HP DeskJet 2700 series
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I installed HP smart app on my samsung galaxy s20. when i open the app terms and conditions page appears and i accept all. Nothing happens. It just showing me terms and conditions page (1st page when i open app). I followed all instructuons. wifi on, blootooth on. But app doesnt let me go in. I reinstalled app, restart phone,...nothing helps me to actually start the app

Help please.
